At Over Work Apparel, we strive to ensure your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:
- Processing Time: Each item is custom printed, which means our team needs a little extra time to make sure everything is just right. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing before your shipment is dispatched.
- Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Generally, Australian orders take 10-30 business days to arrive, while international orders may take longer.
- Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is custom printed for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for general reasons. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with the printing quality or if the item is incorrect, please let us know:
- Printing Errors: If your order arrives with a printing error or defect, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please provide photos of the issue along with your order number to help us address the problem promptly.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that does not match your order, reach out to us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the incorrect item. We will resolve the issue by sending you a replacement at no additional cost.
